New catalysts, polymerization methods such as living/controlled polymerization, radical polymerization, ring-opening (metathesis) polymerization, ionic polymerization, coordination polymerization, new polymer, recyclable polymer, sustainable polymer.

2. Optoelectronic and functional polymer

Conjugated polymers for electronic and optoelectronic devices (photovoltaics, transistors, light-emitting diodes, thermoelectrics, electrochromics, etc.), neuromorphic computing and bioelectronics, and energy storage (batteries or supercapacitors), polyelectrolyte, liquid-crystalline polymers.

3. Bio-related and biomedical polymer

Synthesis and characterization of bio-related and biomedical polymers, modification of nature polymers and renewable resources, biocompatible and biodegradable, and bioactive polymers, polymers for biomedical applications, environmentally friendly polymers.

4. Polymer structure and properties

Multi-length-scale structure of polymers, encompassing chain topology, molecular interactions, crystal structures, self-assembly, and the morphology of multiphase polymer systems. Multi-time-scale dynamics and properties, including glassy dynamics, viscoelastic behavior, nonlinear rheology, stress-strain responses as well as other mechanical properties, optical and dielectric properties.

5. Polymer technology and industry

Commercial polymers, scale-up technology, application of polymers in various areas.

Presentation Information

Oral Presentations

The periods of 40, 25 and 15 minutes are allocated for plenary lectures, invited lectures and oral presentations (including 5 min discussion), respectively. A computer and a multimedia projector are available in each meeting room. Presentations (PowerPoint type: 16:9) should be prepared in English.

Poster Presentations

A board of 90 (W) x 120 (H) cm will be allowed for each poster display.
